CVS has the "mini" first aid kits priced at $.99 each. Yesterdays newspaper coupon inserts had a $1 off Johnson Product Coupon. These would give you great filler items to use those $4/$20 coupon or they would just be great FREE!
I haven't even looked at Sunday's coupons yet but I wonder if it would work on the Band-aids and Neosporin since J&J is the makers of those products? I noticed that the RR is from J&J. Hmmm... Cause my region only got the $.50/1 q's for the neo & bandaids so that would make for some more freebies for me!

Our Wal-Mart also has those in the travel size section. Mary1day
