Hi Ho For Cheerios

Just go to this site and sign up for a reminder email. On July 28th you can enter yourself to receive a free box of cheerios cereal. Once you sign up the email should come with a link that allows you to go in and fill out your information. This sounds very similar to the free pack of Kraft cheese that was offered a month or so ago (which I am still waiting for???).
