Supposedly, corporate sent an email out stating this. You may have to pay for one to get the other 2 free. If your store makes you do this it would be best to buy 6 at one time and use 2 of the BOGO coupons. If you only buy 3 you will have to pay $8.99. If you buy 6 that amount will double to $15.99 but you will get 6 lipsticks!
