I was searching Food Lion's website and ran across this awesome resource! Food Lion posts there Catalina deals...found here...this gives you the appropriate time to search for coupons and sales to get the most out of the deals!
Tip: Wait it out! If the particular items aren't on sale this week wait it out until right before either your manufacturer coupon expires, or the catalina deal expires! There's nothing like paying full price for the items with your coupons just to get the $$/off of your next shopping trip...when next week they go on sale for 1/4 or 1/2 off!

Here is the Link that I forgot to put in my previous post for the WEB COUPONS! It says that you can only print these coupons one time per week but it DOES prompt the printer settings that will allow you to print more than one page of the coupons...I would possibly print at least 2 (it's up to you) because you can use them at Food Lion and at Publix...or any other store that honors competitor coupons!
