I have been an advisor for about 6 months now and have only received one survey to fill out. I received $10 in Extra Care Bucks that printed out the next time I went in and did a transaction at CVS. I haven't received another survey, but they only send out a few to each person per year! It is worth the 5 minutes or so that it takes you to fill out these surveys!

Throughout the year, we will send you invitations to participate in online surveys about CVS products and services. If you choose to participate in our surveys, we thank you for your time by crediting your ExtraCare account with $5, $10 or $15 in ExtraBucks. Becoming a member of ExtraCare and the CVS Advisor Panel is FREE. Over the coming months you may be invited to participate on this site in some new ways including: * Sharing your comments on Blogs of interest relating to CVS products and services as well as general health related topics * Invitations to voice your opinion on online panel member forums * Sharing reactions to new photos and television ads about CVS * Invitations to participate in chat room discussions * Offers to participate in taking surveys approximately 4 times per year
