Great Deals At Kroger & How To Contact Companies for Coupons!

Jennifer, over at CouponMommie, has a really great picture and break down of many items she received for free and almost free!

WAY TO GO...Over $30 worth of items for less than $10!

Be sure to check out her post here!

Tip: I always check out what other people have purchased when they post it on their site. This is also one of the main reasons that I post my shopping trips and break them down for you! It allows everyone to see what you bought...how you did it...and possibly see clearance deals or another deal that you may have missed when checking the add!

Jennifer has a great post on how she contacts manufacturer's for coupons here!

This is another great way to get coupons for products that may not come out in your local inserts and most of the time they are higher in value!

I once received 2 coupons for Heinz Ketchup by doing this...which very rarely comes out in inserts! I have also received coupons from Mission Tortillas for FREE products!

It's definitely worth taking a couple of minutes to contact them for the coupons!

Hey Lissa! Thanks for the link up.

You know, coupons has opened up a whole new world in my kitchen, LOL. I love buying freebies with my coupons because sometimes I try things I normally wouldn't have bought and find out we like it.

Like the sausage links...it wasn't something I have ever personally bought before coupons. Since I bought these cheap with coupons I found out my daughter loves them so I'll have to snag some more for the freezer.

I agree...I have been able to try so many products over the past couple of years that I otherwise wouldn't have bought either!

I usually buy the turkey sausage (less reflux! LOL) but my husband and daughter both love this type of sausage!

I love to make red beans and rice with them and also to cook them with cabbage served with rice!

You can't beat sausage for less than $1 when it's normally $2.50-$3.50 or more! I will be stocking up also...can you say rain checks? LOL
