Yes...they do double! You do have to have $10 worth of items to double 3 coupons but if you want to double ONLY 2 coupons in one transaction then their is no limit to the amount you have to spend. Technically you can go in and buy 2 bags of rice for .14 plus tax with no problem at all!

How did you figure $0.07 each? Price is $1.07-$0.50 (from the coupon) and you pay $0.57 each. Am I missing something?
Ingles doubles coupons, so I believe that would be correct.
