I know that there are many readers that have food allergies (or with children who do) and unfortunately a lot of you cannot eat Gluten. I have seen first hand how hard it is to find products that are gluten free and how expensive they are!
Last year a friend of mine found out that her daughter was allergic to gluten and she had to makeover her entire pantry! I saw the difficulty she had in finding items made specifically for this allergy. I tried to help as much as I could by taking a look at as many food labels as I could for her. I was amazed that 99% of the products we normally buy included this ingredient!
