Reagan, a wonderful friend of mine, told me that she went into Shoe Carnival this week. She was able to score tons of clearance shoes for next to nothing! Apparently her store was offering a promotion for an additional $5 off of each pair of clearance shoes.
I am not sure that every store is participating but it would be worth checking out! She is in Newnan, GA.
