Have you heard? In the news!
I was just listening to the radio and the courts have just awarded $40 Million dollars to Massachusetts Walmart employees in a settlement for not paying them for overtime, rest, and meal breaks.
Individuals employed from August of 95' - current will receive between $400 - $2500 each in compensation!
What a Christmas bonus! I'm glad that the employees were paid for their time! I had no idea that Walmart had these practices!
