I happen to run across this deal while I was in Kmart the other day! There are $2/2 coupons on tear pads hanging up all around the card section at Kmart! They have exclusions of the .99 cards. I passed this up the first time I saw them then the second time I went into the store I noticed that they had HALLOWEEN cards for 2/$2. Since the exclusion was on the .99 coupons and not the $1 coupons they went through without a problem!
These would make great cards for your children's classmates, or co-workers, etc!
