Recipe Of The Week! Chicken Alfredo Bake

Chicken Alfredo Bake

Feeds 10 Easy!

4 Split Chicken Breasts w/ bone-in (or 5 leg quarters, or 8 thighs, or 4 boneless skinless breasts)
1 box of Fettuccine Noodles
3 Jars of Alfredo Sauce (or make your own)
2 bags of frozen broccoli (I used Green Giant Steamers)
2 Tablespoons of Seasoning ( I used McCormick garlic pepper but you can add black pepper and garlic powder if you would like!)

  1. First start boiling your chicken pieces.
  2. While the chicken is boiling, prepare your noodles per package specifications.
  3. In a large saucepan or broiler, combine Alfredo sauce, frozen broccoli, and seasonings and heat on medium-low.
  4. Pull cooled chicken from bones (if necessary)
  5. Add chicken and cooked noodles to Alfredo and broccoli sauce
  6. Mix all ingredients until fully coated.

Pour mixture into 13X9 baking pan and add 2 cups of shredded cheese and about 1 cup of Italian or plain bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes (or until cheese is melted and sauce is boiling).

Servings: This dish alone will serve 10 generous helpings. Split up into servings according to your family size and have leftovers! Great For Potlucks!
