First...if you live in Georgia (can't confirm other states) Saturday is the last "tax-free" day!
Second...Kmart is running an additional 40% off of all clearance apparel. This includes underwear, socks, purses, hats, scarves, and bags.
Third...Kmart is doing something new! I went to the toy aisles and saw that they have implemented a "Dot" system. The only other place I have seen this is a Beall's Outlet!
- Fluorescent Pink Dot: Additional 10% off of clearance price
- Blue Dot: Additional 20% off of clearance price
- Fuchsia Pink (dark pink): Additional 30% off of clearance price
Although this doesn't compete to the additional 50% off that I and many of you were able to take advantage of a couple of weeks ago but it can still mean a great bargain.
Not all clearance items get marked down further on a weekly basis BUT some of them do! The corporate computer system sends the mark down schedule on Monday's so you can be sure to know by Tuesday if a particular item you have your eye on has been marked down further!
