Shopping Trips: Readers send in their own!

Reagan sent me an email earlier this week sharing her latest shopping trip. I met Reagan through a coupon trade over on Michelle's site. We worked out a trade and just started writing each other book length emails! (I love meeting people who are as passionate about coupons as I!)

In her last email she told me about a shopping trip that she spent less than $25 on from Publix! She sent over a picture and I wanted to share it with you!

(Not pictured: 8 Coles Breads, 7 Yoplait Yogurts, 2 Family Size packs of Pork Chops, 2 bags of Kingsford Charcoal, 2 Edwards Pies, and Mrs. Paul's Fish!)

She purchased over $350 worth of groceries and paid right at $50 for it! She later realized that she purchased the wrong size beggin strips and returned those to get $28 back on her purchase!

When it was all said and done she paid right at $22 for everything!

Did we mention that we love Publix & Coupons?

To see more Publix shopping trips you can go here here or here! Once you see the shopping trip totals you will understand more why Publix is my #1 grocery store (just like Reagans)!

Thanks for sending this great shopping trip over Reagan! I can't wait to see what you buy next time!

I actually had the pleasure of watching Reagan in action at our Publix that night! I was so, so envious and even the check out clerk we wound up sharing was remarking on what a great deal "that other lady" got right before me. My only question - how do you collect so many coupons for the same item? Do you buy that many Sunday papers, barter/trade on-line, or what? I actually have the time, the money & the space to really stock up (like that great deal on Shout you got), I just can't figure out how to get my hands on that many coupons for a single item. I know about "stacking," but it still takes a whole lot of coupons to get that many bottles of Shout at one time! Please oh Great One, how do you do what you do? Thanks a million and hope to see you in Publix again soon!

To get alot of the same coupon's I go to the gas station down the street and they let me take out the coupon insert's from Sundays paper out on Monday morning's before they throw the leftover's away. Will worth it for me.
